ACEQUIA TRAIL GUADALMINA (aka The Bridge Walk) is a 5km circular trail. Follow the camino del agua (water trail) to a suspension bridge over the Angosturas canyon. Be ready to feel the freshness of the water, smell the wet soil, hear the birds singing and unwind surrounded by the Mediterranean riverbank

CANYON OF THE ANGOSTURAS
A 3 km trail along the Benahavís canyon. Explore caves and swim in natural pools. Organised trips are available, and best of all, the start is only a 5 minute walk from Las Mozas.

PUERTO BANUS
20 minutes from Benahavis, this popular pleasure harbour is known for its cosmopolitan life, glitz and glamour, Puerto Banús boasts a large marina, luxury boutiques, quality restaurants, and an exciting nightlife

ESTEPONA
25 minutes drive from Benahavis, famous for
it's numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serving traditional Spanish delicacies. In the 'old town' the steep, narrow streets are pedestrianised and decorated with different colour flower pots.

TARIFA
Around 70 minutes from Benahavis, Tarifa is famous for being the European capital of kite-surfing and located at the southernmost tip of Spain, Tarifa has a laid-back atmosphere with kilometres of white sands. Best check the wind before you leave though.

RONDA
1 hour drive from Benahavis with stunning scenery enroute, one of Spain’s most visited white towns. Ronda is very compact and easy to navigate in a day. There is so much to see in this amazing town. A fantastic day out.

MARBELLA
Just 25 minutes from Benahavis, Marbella is worth a visit just to wander around the 'Old Town' and soak in the atmosphere over a coffee in Orange Square. Also check out 'Fly Blue' the Catamaran ferry between Marbella and Puerto Banus
